If a company is defending a case before a jury, the most critical phase of the trial is jury selection - if the company does not select a good jury, no matter what happens, it is not going to prevail at trial. It can be one of the most difficult parts of a trial by jury. Voir dire often becomes a blind leap into the great unknown for many litigants, which leads to many mistakes.
This presentation will discuss critical voir dire techniques to effectively, efficiently, and accurately seat a case-successful jury panel (deselecting "bad" jurors) in order to achieve the best possible outcome in trial.
