We have a very special presentation lined up on a special date and time... Laughter Works at Work!
Using humor lifts your team’s spirits, but it also has proven health benefits. Laughter keeps your employees at work and out of the doctor’s office. Laughter not only reduces stress and anxiety; it helps the lungs, heart, and brain.
Also, when people laugh at the same thing, it brings them closer together. It creates bonds stronger than many other team-building exercises. A team that laughs together grafts together. People tend to bond more effectively in a positive environment where interpersonal relationships are fun and appropriate.
All of the benefits of laughter also benefit the business. There are so many benefits, but we'll list just a few here.

Our speaker is a Certified Laughter Therapist who is dedicated to educating those in the workplace about the benefits of laughter. During this special presentation we'll discuss applying laughter theories and practices into multi-generational, multi-cultural, systematic health and happiness.
