This very special presentation will be an interactive panel discussion on the current issues of Talent Retention, Hiring Difficulties, replacing retiring workers, and creating enough interest in your business/industry to attract recent grads. We'll also discuss the greying of risk management and other related professionals and the loss of experience. Who will bolster your professional staff and replace your aging workforce?

Joe joined Gallagher Bassett in 2012 and served as Resolution Manager, Supervisor, and Senior Client Services Manager. Joe spent time Adjusting Claims, Supervising Claims and in Client Services before joining the Sales Team, where he is now the Account Executive for the Southeast Zone.
Joe moved to Florida prior to starting High School and is a proud UCF Knight, Joe is engaged in the Florida Risk Management community, currently serving as the Director of Finance on the South FL Young Risk Professionals Board.
